About the Journal
Almana: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is a journal managed by the Management Study Program, Department of Economics and Business, Universitas Langlangbuana . This journal is intended as an information media where scientific articles can be exchanged between lecturers, alumni, practitioners, and observers in the fields of management and business, and can be read by students. The print edition of the Almana: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is first in April 2017, and the online issue in April 2019. Almana: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis publishes the text 3 times a year in April, August, and December.
In each edition, it receives articles that will be handled by the editor. Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis editor receives scientific articles of empirical research and theoretical studies related to management and business sciences that certainly have never been published. The journal scope published is Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, and Operation Management. After that, the article is reviewed by at least two reviewers who have related expertise. The article will be reviewed with a double-blind peer review process.
The journal welcomes original empirical research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews, and case studies that contribute significantly to the advancement of management and business knowledge. The journal's scope encompasses, but is not limited to, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Digital Business, Organizational Behavior, Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Consumer Behavior, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Management, International Business, Sustainability Management, Public Sector Management, Business Analytics, and other interdisciplinary studies related to management and business sciences.
Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis will publish the selected papers under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License. In accordance with Decree Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Number 225/E/KPT/2022, Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis has been upgraded to Sinta 3 starting from Volume 6 Number 1 of 2022.

Dear reader, Almana: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Volume 10 Number 1/ April 2026 has appeared before you, consisting of 20 journals. There are various topics presented in this edition. Maybe the diversity of these topics results in the concentration of discussion, but as a venue for ideas and scientific writing skills, still able to make a positive contribution. Hopefully, Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis can provide information and invite further deduction from readers as well so that the Almana Journal can be a discourse to increase the ability to think scientifically.
