Author Guidelines

Here are author guidelines for Almana : Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis:

  1. The manuscript must be in accordance with the focus, scope, and in accordance with the Almana template, fill in the full and correct English text using the Grammarly tool.

  2. INTRODUCTION

    The introduction section describes the background of the research problem, the results of previous research relevant to the research study, research gaps and the research objectives. The writing is concise, focused, and directly addresses the research's urgency. The manuscript is written in good and correct English. Articles must use the Grammarly tool. Arial font, 11 font sizes, justify, and spaced 1.0. No need to use bullets and numbering. The journal is created using the Docx format (MS Word). The journal has a maximum of 15 pages.

  3. LITERATURE REVIEW

    This section contains the theoretical basis relevant to the research variables, a summary of previous research findings, and hypothesis development. The hypotheses are formulated clearly and systematically in accordance with the research's conceptual framework.

    The literature review provides theories and concepts that can sharpen the analysis and relies on reputable journal articles published within the last five years and cites articles by Leading figures.

  4. METHODS

    The research method explains in detail the type and approach of the research, the research object or subject, the population and sample, data collection techniques, and the data analysis techniques used.

  5. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

    This section presents the results of the data analysis, accompanied by tables or figures as needed, and a discussion linking the research results to theory and previous research. The discussion should explain the theoretical and practical implications of the research findings.

    Existing tables or figures are presented with explanations. The table consists of 3 horizontal lines. The image shown can be seen clearly. Writing numbers and the title of the table are placed above the table, while the number and title of the image are placed below the picture. Complete the existing tables and figures with the source below each table/figure. 

  6. CONCLUSION 

    The contents of the conclusions are represented in one paragraph, not points, and expressed not in statistical sentences. This conclusion is written briefly and answers the issues raised in the study.

  7. REFERENCES

    References of your manuscript must be up to date (in the last of 5 years). Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references should be cited within the text; otherwise, these references will be automatically removed. 

    The references are written using the Mendeley application, with the APA 7th style citation system, Arial letters, 11 font sizes, justified, and 1.0 spacing. The references is arranged alphabetically.
