PREDIKSI INTENSI PERILAKU TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN MOBILE BANKING MENGGUNAKAN THE UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY, TRUST, DAN NETWORK EXTERNALITIES (STUDI PADA PENGGUNAAN MOBILE BANKING DI KOTA BANDUNG)

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dan layanan keuangan di era digital berhasil mendorong hadirnya financial technology. Salah satu produk dari financial technology adalah mobile banking. Walaupun penggunaan mobile banking di Indonesia meningkat, Kota Bandung memiliki tingkat presentase kepemilikan akun paling rendah dibandingkan dengan kota-kota lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 400 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel effort expectancy, performance expectancy, social influence, trust, dan network externalities berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention untuk menggunakan mobile banking sebesar 34% sisanya 66% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
