The Influence of Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of training and organizational culture on employee performance. This research uses observation and questionnaire methods as instruments. The respondents were 45 employees at PT. Infinite Teknika Industri. And the sampling process uses non-probability sampling techniques using an associative quantitative approach using primary data. Associative quantitative data analysis technique using primary data. The data analysis technique is using SPSS Version 30. The results of this research show that fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 8.403 > 2.018 and a significant 0.001 < 0.05, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of tcount is 2.561 > 2.018 and is significant 0.014 < 0.05. Compensation and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 22.250 > 3.22 and a significant 0.001 < 0.05.
